If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order where assistance is available.
A customer selecting an incorrect size does not automatically mean that the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.

All prices displayed on the website are stated in South African Rand (ZAR), unless otherwise indicated.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information or other errors that may occur on the website.
If an obvious pricing error affects an order, we will contact the customer and provide the appropriate options before proceeding with the order.
5. Orders
Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is only considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where circumstances reasonably require this, including situations involving product availability, pricing errors, payment issues or suspected fraudulent activity.
If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the customer will be contacted regarding the appropriate refund.

We use third-party payment providers to process online payments. We do not directly store customers' full payment card details on our website.

7. Shipping & Delivery
Some products are fulfilled internationally and shipped from China to South Africa.
Orders generally require approximately 2–5 business days for processing and approximately 7–20 business days for international delivery after dispatch.
These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, international shipping delays, public holidays, courier delays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Customs, Duties and Import Charges
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges imposed by South African authorities.
Where applicable, these charges may be payable by the customer.
We do not control customs processing times or the charges imposed by customs authorities.
9. Returns & Refunds
Because our products include shapewear and apparel worn directly against the body, we prioritise hygiene and cannot generally accept returns of products that have been worn, washed, used or removed from their original packaging where doing so would make the product unsuitable for resale.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for ordinary change-of-mind requests, incorrect size selection or a customer simply deciding that they no longer want the product, subject always to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African law.
Products that are defective, materially not as described, unsafe or incorrectly supplied will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

10. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, materially different from the product ordered or otherwise does not comply with applicable consumer protection requirements, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Where a statutory remedy applies, we will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
